Initial consultation and site measurement to understand your space, needs, and objectives.

Step 3: Design Development

3D perspective development with material selection and updated costing to refine the direction.

Step 5: Construction Drawing

Completion of technical drawings and final 3D visuals to guide construction accurately.

Step 7: Loose Item Proposal

Suggestions for furniture, lighting, curtains, and decorative items to enhance the final look.

Step 2: Schematic Design

Preparation of floor plans, mood boards, and preliminary cost estimation to visualize the design concept.

Step 4: Final Quote & Sign

Confirmation of design and quotation. A deposit is collected to proceed with execution.

Step 6: Start Construction

Our team begins construction, supervised closely to ensure quality and timeline adherence.

Step 8: Handover

Final site inspection, client walkthrough, and project completion for a smooth move-in experience.
